DUAL FUEL SMART METER INSTALLER

Are you a Dual Fuel engineer located in Brighton?

Sisko Group is partnered with one of the LARGEST utilities contractors and are currently seeking experienced dual fuel smart engineers to join their expanding team.

You will be working as part of our client’s workforce, primarily responsible for the safe installation maintenance and removal of smart meters (SMETS1 & SMETS2) In domestic properties, whilst also responding to any ongoing maintenance and emergency appointments.

As the contract GROWS, they will be looking to identify leaders, giving a great opportunity for you to progress within the company within the Brighton area.



Benefits

£37,000 Basic
Additional £2,000 London Weighting within the M25

· £2,500 minimum, expectation bonus (paid in quarterly instalments)

The Position

· Exchange of gas & electrical meters

· Weekend work available upon request

· Call out & standby rota- 1 in 5

· Providing excellent customer service

· Provide maintenance and repair post installation if required


What is required from you?

· Hold current CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 qualification or an equivalent aligned qualification (within 6 months of expiry)

· Hold a current full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.

· Have previous practical experience in a dual fuel role – minimum of 6-month on-the-job experience.

  • Domestic Gas Engineer
    35000 - 40000

    In this role, you will be responsible for meeting predefined targets, encompassing but not limited to metrics such as first-time fix rates, productivity, customer satisfaction, and job cost. Your duties will encompass attending to all job assignments, regardless of type or priority, while staying updated on any changes in Gas Safe regulations and upholding the highest standards of work quality.

    You will work from Monday to Friday.
    During winter, your work hours will be from 8 am to 6 pm.
    In the summer months, your work hours will be from 8 am to 5 pm.

  • Dual Fuel Engineer - Dundee
    OTE: £45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
    Position: Dual Fuel Engineer

    Basic Salary: £38,000 - £41,800 (within M25)

    OTE: £45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum

    Loyalty & Attendance Bonus: £800 - paid in November

    Compliance Bonus: £10 per day - paid if you work safely and compliantly (£2,600 per year)

    Productivity Bonus Package:
    They want to pay bonus

    Each job type is given a productivity unit (PU) value

    Dual = 2PU, Single = 1.5PU, Commision = 1PU

    Minimum Performance Level (MPL) per day = 6 Pus

    Each PU above the MPL per day is paid at £20

    Average bonus paid whilst on annual leave

    Equipment: Van, Tools & PPE

If you are an experienced Plumber with excellent pipework fitting skills and competent in domestic heating design and installation including unvented hot water, then this could be the ideal role for you!


    You will be working as part of our client’s workforce, primarily responsible for the safe installation of Air Source Heat Pumps In domestic properties.


    As an Air Source Heat Pump Installer, you will:


    ·         Be responsible for installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and unvented hot water systems along with wet central heating systems in domestic properties

    ·         Removal of existing heating systems, including tanks, pipework, etc.

    ·         Installation of new radiators and valves with pipework and boxing into a high standard 

    ·         Power flushing & commissioning of new systems alongside the lead installer

    ·         Maintain current knowledge of all applicable procedures and safety measures 

    ·         Provide technical information to customers wanting to know more about low carbon technology (training will be provided)

    ·         Overcome technical challenges and be comfortable working as part of a team 

     

    The Air Source Heat Pump Installer will:

     

    ·         Be an experienced plumber with excellent pipework fitting skills

    ·         Able to apply the highest technical standards and have an eye for detail and know how to make pipework aesthetically pleasing

    ·         Willingness to learn and progress with Low Carbon technology

    ·         An understanding of underfloor heating systems and some manufacturers training on specific heat pumps is desirable
