Lead HVAC Engineer - London

Our client is a leading Facilities Management company expanding their HVAC Service department to meet the growing demands of the hospitality sector in London. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to take the next step in their career. You will start by servicing HVAC units in prestigious hotels across London, with a pathway to develop and lead the HVAC Service department, guiding a team of engineers in the future.

This role is a unique opportunity for the right Engineer. You will rarely find a position with such diverse responsibilities and dynamic focus. This role will continually evolve as your skills are utilized in various capacities at different stages of the department's development. You will be part of the pioneering team responsible for establishing and growing the HVAC Service division, a highly specialized unit aimed at providing top-notch service and maintenance solutions for high-profile clients.

You will begin by getting hands-on with servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in some of London’s most exclusive hotels. As you prove your technical prowess and leadership abilities, you will transition into a managerial role, overseeing the conceptual planning and operational execution of the new HVAC Service department. Your insights and expertise will be critical in shaping the department’s strategic direction and ensuring all technical considerations are meticulously addressed.

  • Extensive experience as an HVAC Engineer, preferably within a high-demand environment such as hotels or large commercial properties (Essential)
  • Proven track record of servicing and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems (Essential)

  • Strong understanding of HVAC technical specifications and standards (Essential)
  • Background in developing service protocols and maintenance schedules (Desired)
