The Role:
This position would be working for an exciting and ambitious international renewable developer leading their German development and driving ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years within Solar PV and BESS technologies.
The company is in various European markets and their teams are highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional service to their clients and as our business continues to grow.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a talented team, strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth across Germany.
This leadership role requires a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset, proven track record in the renewables industry, exceptional business acumen, in-depth market knowledge and the ability to navigate a complex regulatory landscape.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible designing roof mounted solar panels and associated systems in mainly commercial settings. (This will include battery systems) This role involves overseeing all aspects of renewable energy projects, from design and site assessment to installation and documentation. You will work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly, meeting all technical and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will be educated to HND/HND level in Electrical Engineering or similar with the ability to work to construction guidelines and CHAS. You will be required to occasionally travel UK wide to clients.
