Celebrating Easter by Supporting Sophie’s Legacy

This Easter, our team supported a local charity called Sophies Legacy. Sophie’s Legacy stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of a remarkable young girl named Sophie Fairall. At just 9 years old, Sophie was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of childhood cancer, in September 2020. Despite her courageous battle, Sophie passed away at the tender age of 10, in September 2021.
But Sophie’s story doesn’t end there. Her legacy lives on through the charity named in her honor, driven by the vision of creating positive change, just as Sophie had wished. This legacy isn’t just about memories; it’s about tangible actions that strive to make a difference in the lives of others.
This Easter, our hearts were touched by the outpouring of support from our community. With immense gratitude, we extend our thanks to everyone who generously donated Easter eggs and arts & crafts. These gifts may seem small, but their impact is immeasurable. They bring smiles to the faces of children battling illness, spreading warmth and joy during challenging times.
