Job Description

Sisko Group are proud to be partnered with a global engineering business who provide engineering consultancy services through investment support and technical advisory phases for renewable energy projects. They partner with IPP's, developers, lenders and investors and have worked on a wide range of projects accumulating to many GW's.

We are currently seeking a Head of UK Power, Renewables and Storage to spearhead the team's development within the Northern Europe renewables industry. This role will be crucial in driving the growth of their solar PV, wind, battery energy storage, green hydrogen, grid and environmental relating advisory services. Leading a team of c.30 technical staff, the successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience of managing multi-discipline teams whilst providing mentoring and support to team members, contributing to project delivery and act as both or either Project Director or Technical Consultant.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Contributing to business management as a member of the UK Management Team whilst playing an active role in the development of the renewable energy team
  • Participating in recruitment activity
  • Identify business growth and develop new client relationships
  • Taking responsibility for the cost centre P&L
  • Developing executable Regional Business plan with targets
