HOURS:
40 hours per week plus on-call duties
SALARY:
£40-50k basic - Dependent on experience

Role Overview:
Sisko Group has an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified electrician specialising in domestic and commercial services to join our exclusive partner Lynx Response, a highly esteemed and customer-centric, reactive maintenance company renowned for delivering outstanding service.
Main responsibilities:
As a part of our team, you'll be tasked with a variety of jobs, including installations, EICR assessments, remedial works, fault finding, and rectification within domestic and commercial premises. This encompasses residential and landlord properties throughout London and its home counties areas.
An added advantage would be your ability to conduct testing and installation of fire alarms and preventative maintenance of emergency lighting systems, managing upgrades and repairs across different properties and businesses. A commitment to maintaining a high standard of workmanship and completing tasks in a timely manner is essential.

Packages
PAYE or Self-Employed options available.
o Per day Rate dependent on experience.
o Sign written company vehicle (Van stocked): Driving Licence Details required.
o Fuel card.
o Company mobile phone.
o Company uniform and PPE (must be worn at all times).
o Full access to trade accounts (no expense reclaim required).
o Any courses that the company feels would benefit the engineer and business.
o Any specialised tools/equipment provided where necessary.
- Additional inclusions on a PAYE basis only
o Enrolment in pension scheme after 3-months service
o 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Electrician - Minimum Required Experience:
- Current qualification in BS7671 regs.
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
- Proficiency in testing and certifying EICR, minor works, and electrical installation certificates.
- Experience in both domestic and commercial electrical work.
- Experience in emergency lighting systems and installations.
Advantageous Experiences a Bonus:
Fire systems and AOV systems ;
Service, Testing, Fault-finding, Repairing, Attending to Call Outs & Commissioning Fire Alarm Systems & Emergency Lighting Systems.
Working with systems i.e.; Ctec, Advanced, Kentec, Notifier etc
