Team Lead Product Development BESS & Solar
Job Description
Sisko Group are proud to be working on behalf of one of the UK's top 3 solar electricity generators. We are currently looking for a Team Leader for their product development team with a focus on BESS, Wind and PV projects. This is an opportunity to spearhead the development of one of Europe's most exciting renewable generation portfolios.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and optimisation of innovative BESS technologies and service offerings, co located with various generation assets. They should possess demonstrable experience of leading design and delivery phases of large scale energy storage projects. Opportunities to hold such an influential position within a multinational organisation with such a widespread project portfolio rarely become available. This is a chance for the right person to rapidly improve their career progression and professional development opportunities.
The successful applicant will be a strong manager with a proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams in a fast paced environment. They will hold a Masters Degree in engineering, business administration/economics, renewable energy, STEM subject or similar. A PhD or MBA is desirable, but not essential.
