My client, a company based in Hampshire, is committed to improving energy efficiency in homes by installing solutions like Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, Loft Insulation, and Cavity Wall Insulation. They lead the way in government-subsidized programs such as the Home Upgrade Grant 2 (HUG2) and ECO4, assisting homeowners in lowering both their energy bills and carbon footprint. Due to their recent expansion, they are now looking for a dedicated Heating Engineer to join their engineering team. The Heating Engineer would be installing and servicing heating systems such as hot water cylinder systems and heat pumps. This an ideal position for heating engineers who are looking to progress their career and work on modern, sustainable heating solutions such as heat pumps. The job is based locally to Fareham, most of the works are kept within the Hampshire area. A van, tools, fuel card and PPE are provided by the client. This job does not require a gas safe certification, as there's almost no gas work involved, although having one would be beneficial.
