Recruitment ManagerI’m Sarah, and I joined Sisko Group in March 2025 as a Recruitment Manager.
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, including Utilities and Defence. During this time, I have developed a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments, which has allowed me to strengthen my skills in building strong relationships with Hiring Managers, streamlining recruitment processes, and leading diverse teams. I’m passionate about people management, building high-performing teams, mentoring recruiters, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to deliver successful outcomes.
In my role at Sisko Group, I’m responsible for leading our Sisko Select recruitment team, managing, mentoring, and developing our specialist Recruitment Consultants as they recruit both permanent and contract talent into the Energy and Utilities sectors.
Outside of work, I enjoy offshore sailing, walks with my German Shepherd, and spending quality time with my young family.
